In order to register to participate in Naked Yoga classes, we require you to complete the following information. This information helps us get a better understanding of your experience, fitness levels, health issues and what members of the group are looking for. Your privacy is important to Naked Yoga Sydney. Please see the Privacy Statement at the bottom of this form. 

 

By completing and submitting this form you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Naked Yoga Sydney  and acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree with and the Release Form. 

 

If you choose not to complete the form online, you be required to complete a paper copy of this form at your first naked yoga class.
